  • I find myself here, again

Me, sailing in the Ambracian Gulf, Greece

    I find myself here, again.

    In that space where
    nothing happens,
    and everything
    just is.

    Not the sun anymore,
    but the light reflected
    on the water’s surface.

    Not the sea anymore,
    but the rise and fall
    of every wave.

    Not the vessel
    that crosses thresholds,
but the wind filling the sails.

    I find myself here, again,
    even if I know
    I will lose myself, again,
    just to find my way,
    once more,
    back Home.

  • There is no escaping reality

    There is no escaping reality…

    I tried to ignore it,
    I tried to fight it,
    I tried to grasp it,
    I tried to control it,
    I tried to change it,
I tried to hold on to it…

    I tried to escape it
    by understanding it.

    I tried to be there,
    I tried to be everywhere;
    to be anywhere but here.

And in the trying and trying
    to do everything but Be,
    I found that only surrender
    kept me in peace.

    There’s no turning back,
    there’s no jumping forward,
    there is only this presence,
    there is only this breath.

    To float in the unknown
is the key to What Is…

  • And I find myself here again…

Rose from the garden I live in now. Preveza, Greece.

And I find myself here again,
    confronted with the blank page;
and it isn’t empty and pure,
but full of past memories and life.

Chaotic rising of words from within…
    Without a plan…
    Without a known…
    Just pure expression
    from the heart.

    Longing,
    my longing,
    speaking in words
    only I can understand.

These voices crawl out of me,
from the blood in my veins
to the tip of my tongue.

And I find myself here again,
singing the song of my life.

  • Not knowing

At nights, to be able to receive the dream we have to let go of our awakened state of consciousness.

In life, to be open to our greatest destiny we have to surrender our control.

It is in the not-knowing that Soul knows.

  • The dream that lingers

    A rose from the garden

    In the fleeting songs
    that morning brings
    I find solace.

    The dream continues
to live in me after the night
    shadows have disappeared.

    Who am I?

Am I the dreamer, the dream,
or the meaning the birds bring?
