    ✨”My life is my message.”✨

    Mahatma Gandhi.

    ••••••••••••

Working towards living a life that completely fills my soul’s desires.

With time I have come to realize that if my goals are centered only on the physical/material plane of existence, nothing really works out. Doors were always closing, and paths were always so difficult!

I saw it as a sign to stop, breathe, and rearrange priorities AND the way of expressing them, to myself in my thoughts, and to the outside world.

What was the base of all my physical desires?

It was and is to be happy so that I am able to serve others with all my heart, so that everyone can be happy and free of suffering too.

That has always been in the background of all my life’s decisions and projects. But, I used to express it outwards differently.

I always think about it as making wishes granted by a magical genie. You know you have the wish, but you must express it correctly as you know the genie can and will trick you!

  • Choice

No matter what you do, it’s your choice. In the end, wherever you are Here and Now, it’s your choice. Everything that has happened and will happen is your choice.

And you know what? It doesn’t really matter what you choose, as long as you choose. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do in this incarnation, because you are everyone else too, doing everything else too.

You are the only one that can walk your own path. Choose whatever you wish to do, but never forget we are eternal, so we will be choosing forever different paths.

Just so you know, through all my writings I am talking to myself. I am the first one who should listen to what I feel and think and write. Here is just another place to post reminders to myself.

How easily we forget the essence of our being. Just breathe. Just be YOU. Love YOURSELF unconditionally.

    All else will come.

  • Light

⛅️ Sometimes the only way out is through the darkness.
⛅️ Sometimes there are fake shining lights that attract you like they do to insects…
⛅️ Those shining lights are the illusions and desires we attach too. ⛅️ We sometimes forget to act consciously each and every second (that is why it’s a lifetime practice) and we fly straight to the light that burns us…
⛅️ Sometimes it is best to retire into the darkness, wrap ourSelves in the shadows of the unknown with faith and hope that somehow you know the only way through is through…
⛅️ And that patience pays off with those first rays of sun that shine between the branches of your own created forrest.
⛅️ In that moment you know it was worth passing through the darkness to feel that bit of sunlight on your eyelids.
☀ You know that without the darkness there would be no light. ☀️ Emptiness is not empty, it is full of possibilities. ☀️

  • Non-Reaction

“I would like to play the part of someone who has worked on my consciousness sufficiently so that if things get tough, in terms of environment, social structures, oppression, minority groups, whatever the thing is – I would like to be able to be in the scene without getting caught in my own reactivity to it, without getting so caught in my own fear that I become part of the problem instead of part of the solution.” Ram Dass.

🔮 How many times have we seen a situation from the outside and we knew perfectly how the other person ‘should’ act to relieve whatever suffering or misery they are going through?

🔮 How many times have we felt useless because nothing we say or do can be understood from the center of the situation, but only from the external perspective?

🔮 I work everyday to prevent myself from getting so caught up in certain situations where I’m the only one blind, the only one that feels like drowning while everyone just knows I’m swimming in a glass of water.

    🔮Aaah, the magic of non-reaction…

🔮 Or well, right now the magic of ‘catching myself faster when I react’.

  • Changing

⚜”The world is perfect as it is, including my desire to change it.” Ram Dass.⚜ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

📿 I used to think there was always something wrong with the world, with the people in it, with the way things were managed and worked…

📿 I couldn’t grasp or rationalise how was it possible for all the ‘bad’ things and ‘disasters’ to happen, even to people who did not ‘deserve’ it…

📿 Growing up I remember the only thing I ever wanted to do was to ‘change’ the world, ‘change’ someone, ‘change’ the books i was reading, ‘change’ the conversation… Ended up changing places and countries and moving around all the time.

📿 I just wanted to change everything.

📿 Why???? Well, it gave me a sense of control being the one DOING the changing instead of waiting and being caught by life’s uncontrollable changes.

📿 As you can imagine, that way of being couldn’t last long… Well, long enough though as I am almost 30!

📿 What I mean is that there is NOTHING intrinsically wrong or right with anything. Nothing is either good or bad. It just is.

📿 I had to accept this. And with the acceptance of non-action as action, I realised that being an observer and a witness of life is also very powerful.

📿 No need to go around wanting to change things.

📿 The maximum I strive for is to adapt to life changes the best way I can.

📿 The magic happened when I understood with my heart what Ram Dass is saying here. The world is perfect as it is in its imperfection and change. And so is my desire and will to make it even a bit better.

    📿 All is valid.

📿 All, everything that exists, begins with yourself, with your thought process, with your action or non-action, and with your CHOICE, every step of the path. Forever.
