🌸Those small and insignificant moments of feeling, knowing, experiencing, are what creates YOUR life.

🌸So, if we can’t control external situations, what CAN we control?

🌸Our breath.

🌸We can control our breath.

🌸And through accessing this magical ‘trick’ we can then control how WE react to the outside world.

🌸Shape your life by shaping your present through conscious breathing and acting.

🌸No one said it is easy, but it is so worth it!

🔮 There is nothing more powerful than the Truth.

🔮 There is no one more powerful than the one who knows himself; who knows BEING himself is the only reason for being at all.

🔮 I am tired of being part of the problem. I am tired of somehow collaborating to the collective thought that you need to leave everything and go to faraway lands and travel and be a wanderlust and get lost and quit your job and find love… because only then you will be happy…

🔮 No. That is not the truth. At least, is that YOUR Truth?

🔮 If you cannot find happiness where you are right here, right now, you won’t find it by chasing it around.

🔮 Yes, maybe some people’s lives have led them to exotic destinations and to different jobs and lifestyles. That doesn’t mean that being here or there has anything to do with happiness.

🔮 Once the Truth is revealed to yourself, there is no turning back.

🔮 Your purpose in this life, and in any other lives is to BE yourself.

🔮 Your gift, in this life and in all other lives, is to be able to EXPERIENCE everything.

🔮 These are words from a person that has been chasing happiness around the world for many years, only to come to the conclusion that I never really had to go anywhere or do anything.

🔮 Happiness is here and now. Happiness is ready for you to accept it.

🔮 Love is here and now. Love is everywhere always.

🔮 I am here and now, I am that I am for eternity.

How can my heart be so divided? It is breaking in tiny pieces for all that is happening in the world… crying and fighting to find a valid reason for things to be the way they are… and at the same time knowing that not-knowing is always going to be my answer. My heart is also full of love and gratitude for all that I am capable of experiencing in this lifetime. Today I witnessed how two people united their lives in marriage and I celebrated their love surrounded by the people that love them, and even more, surrounded by some of the most important people in my life who are right here, right now by my side. Today I am extremely grateful and happy, but I am also extremely sad and overwhelmed… I guess this gets me closer to the realisation that nothing is this or that, good or bad, happy or sad… Nothing is anything really unless attached to something. Because things just are. We just are. Life just is. And as I lay here in my bed thinking (which I shouldn’t really) I can only feel. And from feeling I peel the layers off to just being… My heart aches, and at the same time, my soul chooses LOVE above anything else. How could it choose anything else? How could I choose anything else but love, if love is the only thing there is?

Working towards living a life that completely fills my soul’s desires.

With time I have come to realize that if my goals are centered only on the physical/material plane of existence, nothing really works out. Doors were always closing, and paths were always so difficult!

I saw it as a sign to stop, breathe, and rearrange priorities AND the way of expressing them, to myself in my thoughts, and to the outside world.

What was the base of all my physical desires?

It was and is to be happy so that I am able to serve others with all my heart, so that everyone can be happy and free of suffering too.

That has always been in the background of all my life’s decisions and projects. But, I used to express it outwards differently.

I always think about it as making wishes granted by a magical genie. You know you have the wish, but you must express it correctly as you know the genie can and will trick you!

No matter what you do, it’s your choice. In the end, wherever you are Here and Now, it’s your choice. Everything that has happened and will happen is your choice.

And you know what? It doesn’t really matter what you choose, as long as you choose. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do in this incarnation, because you are everyone else too, doing everything else too.

You are the only one that can walk your own path. Choose whatever you wish to do, but never forget we are eternal, so we will be choosing forever different paths.

Just so you know, through all my writings I am talking to myself. I am the first one who should listen to what I feel and think and write. Here is just another place to post reminders to myself.

How easily we forget the essence of our being. Just breathe. Just be YOU. Love YOURSELF unconditionally.

All else will come.
